Located in one of the liveliest areas of Madrid – full of bars and cafes, and famous for its liberal and bohemian atmosphere. The Chueca neighborhood is located in the heart of Madrid, located a short distance from the places of greatest interest in the city. This includes, Calle Hortaleza (where the apartment is located), Calle Fuencarral, which is an excellent shopping area for those looking for something modern or trendy, the main avenue of Gran Vía, full of beautiful Art Nouveau architecture, and the famous Puerta del Sol. The closest metro stop is Gran Vía. Stops such as Alonso Martínez or Plaza de Chueca are just a few minutes walk away.

Despite its proximity to the excitement of one of Madrid's busiest neighborhoods, the apartment is exceptionally quiet, giving you the opportunity to retreat from the action if you wish! Split over two floors, the first floor is dedicated to the open plan living space and a double bedroom with single beds. The apartment has a comfortable living room, dining table for four people and a small but very useful kitchen. The space is both elegant and practical. Going upstairs you can find a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and storage space. The entire property has been decorated with white tones and touches of color.
