Booking process

CONSULTATION

Send us a reservation request through the form of each apartment, selecting the dates in which you are interested. Ask all the questions you have about the apartment or its area.

CONFIRMATION

As soon as possible, our team will answer your request confirming availability. Once you have received the confirmation, the dates will be blocked for 24 hours, so you have time to make the payment.

PAYMENT

We will charge you the amount when the host accepts the request and the reservation is confirmed.

CONFIRMED RESERVATION

Our system will confirm your reservation to your email address with all the reservation details.

Our team will contact you via email to welcome you and remind you of the apartment's entry and exit times.

In the Services section you can complement your reservation, so that your stay is as pleasant and pleasant as possible.
  • FILL THE FORM

    Before your arrival in Madrid, you must fill out the form on our website, indicating the details of your arrival and departure, as well as some other information so that the process of entering the apartment is as pleasant as possible.

  • A MEMBER OF OUR TEAM WILL BE WAITING FOR YOU

    A representative of the Vanrays team will be waiting for you to personally greet you upon arrival at the apartment. We will try to answer all your questions and inform you about the area. Our cleaning team will arrive at the apartment at 11 am.

  • INFORM US OF YOUR ARRIVAL

    We want the entry process to be as pleasant as possible so that you can enjoy your stay as much as possible. It is important that you call our team to come to the apartment. If you have contracted the transport service, that call is not necessary. The driver will inform us about your location.

  • CLOSING HOUR

    In Vanrays you must leave the apartment before 11:00 am It is important that you inform in advance of your arrival and departure time. Whenever possible and you wish, you can leave the apartment after 11:00 am (request information and availability of this service from our team).
    We will do our best to satisfy your request. Our cleaning team will arrive at the apartment at 11:00 am to review inventory and perform cleaning.

  • STORE YOUR SUITCASES

    Don't worry if your flight is after the departure time. You can hire the luggage storage service. Request more information about this service.

  • PRIVATE TRANSFER

    If you wish to hire the private transfer service from the apartment to the airport or from the airport to the apartment, do not hesitate to contact us or book it on our services page.
